About the event
The Carquinez Model Railroad Society welcomes our friends in the community to our next open house on the weekend of October 25-26, 2025. The crew has been working hard on the Branchline and the scenic detail is outstanding! New industries and back drops are in the works as well. October is the month when railroad traffic picks up on layout and in the real world, too! Look for lots of fast passenger trains and heavy freights cruising more than 16 scale miles of mainline in each direction.
We’ll be open from 10 AM to 4 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, October 25th and 26th. We’re located at 645 Loring Avenue in Crockett across from C&H Sugar. Admission is $5, with those under 16 free when accompanied by an adult. Visit us on-line at www.cmrstrainclub.org.
